Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms 

1.1 By becoming a member or using The Lyst services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1.2 The Lyst reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting or direct communication with members.
1.3 The Lyst acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers, ensuring personalized experiences and bookings.


2. Membership and Concierge Services

2.1 The Lyst offers various membership tiers, each with different benefits. Members agree to the specific terms of their selected plan, including fees.

2.2 Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except under specific conditions approved by The Lyst.
2.3 Membership Cancellation:

  • Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation requests made after the notice period will be honored at the end of the current billing period. No refunds or prorated returns will be issued for partial membership periods unless otherwise specified.
  • The Lyst reserves the right to terminate memberships at its discretion for breaches of these terms. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.


3. Booking Services

3.1 All bookings are subject to availability and the specific terms of third-party providers.
3.2 Clients are responsible for providing accurate details for bookings. The Lyst is not liable for errors caused by incorrect information.
3.3 Cancellation of Bookings:

  • Clients must notify The Lyst in writing if they wish to cancel a booking. Cancellations are subject to the policies of third-party providers.
  • If a cancellation is made within the third-party provider’s cancellation window, refunds will be processed according to their policies, minus any cancellation fees.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in full charges without refund.

3.4 Modification of Bookings:

  • Requests for changes to confirmed bookings must be made promptly and are subject to availability and third-party provider policies.
  • The Lyst will assist with modification requests but cannot guarantee acceptance.

3.5 Payments for bookings are handled directly by third-party providers. The Lyst is not responsible for payment processing, cancellations, or refunds.


4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Membership Cancellations:

  • Memberships can be canceled with prior written notice, as described in Section 2.3.

4.2 Service and Booking Cancellations:

  • Clients must adhere to third-party provider cancellation policies, and The Lyst will assist in facilitating cancellations where possible. Refunds and cancellation fees are governed by third-party policies.

4.3 Refunds:

  • Refunds for canceled services will be issued based on the terms of the third-party provider and will be processed within 14 business days, where applicable.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated, and no refunds or credits will be issued for partial use of services.


5. Liability

5.1 The Lyst is not responsible for the performance or quality of third-party services.
5.2 The Lyst accepts no liability for direct or indirect losses, damages, or injury resulting from third-party services.
5.3 Clients assume full responsibility for participation in third-party services, acknowledging any associated risks.


6. Code of Conduct

6.1 Clients are expected to follow all rules imposed by third-party providers. Misconduct may result in termination of membership or services.
6.2 The Lyst reserves the right to refuse services or terminate memberships at its discretion, particularly for breaches of conduct.


7. Privacy and Confidentiality

7.1 The Lyst respects client privacy. Personal data will be used solely for providing services and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
7.2 By using our services, you consent to The Lyst’s use of your data in accordance with our privacy policy.


8. Force Majeure

8.1 The Lyst is not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or third-party issues.


9. Governing Law

9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.


10. Complaints and Disputes

10.1 Complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the experience. The Lyst will aim to resolve issues amicably.
10.2 Unresolved disputes may be addressed through alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation before legal proceedings.
