2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into this agreement.


3. Membership and Account

  • Membership Levels: We offer various membership tiers (Silver, Gold, and Platinum), each providing different levels of access and benefits. Details and pricing for each membership tier are available on our website.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.


4. Payments and Billing

  • Membership Fees: Memberships are billed according to the chosen tier (e.g., monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified under our refund policy.
  • Additional Services: Certain experiences, events, or concierge requests may incur additional charges, which will be clearly communicated to you prior to service delivery.


5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Membership Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@thelystcompany.com. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the membership term.

6. Client Responsibilities

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, logos, designs, text, and materials available on our website and through our Services are the property of THE LYST.
